Ok I had to bring it up, hopefully this question doesn't get to crazy out of control! I am a total believer without bringing faith into it ,I most certainly believe there is a better place we go to after this! What are your thoughts??

Like you said, best to keep religion out of this discussion, let's keep it logical people!
I don't believe in the Afterlife because there also wasn't a Prelife.
You don't remember anything from before you were born, so I think that's pretty much the same when you die.

Well, if you do some research, there are many stories about people who have died and had a glimpse of the afterlife. Some stories sound possible and others sound totally made up. There's also hypnosis. Some psychiatrists have claimed to have regressed patients to a past life to treat their phobias. If these stories are true, i'm not sure, but i also think that at least a few of them must be telling the truth.

I believe that the afterlife will be us going back into something huge. There's a part of us that came from that and will return to it mission complete or failed. Maybe our whole life journey is to remember that part, bring it to the forefront of ourselves and live out our life purpose. If we don't remember it or connect with it before we die, we come back and start over.

I don't think theirs an afterlife.. But ask me again in a few years & I may have a different answer.. I believe in the memory of people, that makes it feel like theirs an afterlife.. If that makes sense.. lol..

I hope there is...because this life has not been what I had planned at all so far! In all seriousness though, I do believe that there is some type of afterlife that we all go to after we have passed on. I think about it quite often actually and I try and imagine what it would be like. I see it as a place where all of my relatives that have passed on are waiting for me. I also feel that all of my pets that have passed will be waiting for me as well. I think that my relatives and my pets are all together because I really feel it very strongly in my soul that they are all together. I think that it's a beautiful place where there is no violence or anger, and I hope that I will be able to fly around with a pair of purple angel wings once I am up there. I know this may sound strange to a lot of you, but this is what I believe will happen when I pass on.![]()

There is no evidence for it whatsoever. To say that there is no evidence that there isn't is just plain infantile. If i asked "are there invisible elephants?" would you tell me you don't know?

No...I don't think there is an afterlife, but if there's enough evidence someday, then maybe I will change my opinion. I mean any place is better than here.

Yeah I guess there is since you leave a mark after you die...and now with the internet and stuff you will be around for ever! *eEEerie sound....*

We never know until we get there. There just is no way to fully die and then come back to life to tell the story.

I am a strong believer that there is one. There are so many crazy things that happen in the world that we can't explain, like ghosts and spirits that there HAS to be one... atleast some type.

I could see it both ways. I have had a few near death experiences and lucid dreams that indicated that we are indeed souls inhabiting human bio-vessels, but then again, the human mind is notorious for manufacturing and telling itself erroneous things based on personal bias. It could go either way, best to stay in the moment and try to see things as objectively as possible I suppose.
