I would invest about 20,000 of it into a system that would pay me for life first that way once I splurge all of the winning, I'll never be broke again. Of course I do all of the basics, pay off bills, vacations, etc. The thought of financial freedom would really be a cool thing.

I am with most people, I would invest most of it in order to live off it and make it last forever. Pretty sure I could put it into a bank account and live off the interest.

Pay off any outstanding debt and buy a house. Next thing I would do is take care of family and a few close friends, pay off their debt and help them all upgrade their homes. If I had any left, no regrets if I don't because I'd be helping the people I love, I would invest it. Honestly I'd continue to work, but doing something I love as opposed to this nonsense I do now because it pays well. Not having to think about money sounds o freeing...makes me wanna go buy a lottery ticket!

If I won a Million Dollars I would more than likely pay off my medical bill, it's over $20,000 just for gallbladder surgery which is absolutely insane. I would even buy myself a new house and some new clothes for myself, along with a good PC and some other items to help out my family. I would more than likely save a lot of it as well and only use it when I absolutely needed it for food or whatever and emergency stuff.

I would give half of the money to my Mother. I would buy stocks for water, air, energy, and others. I would buy out the Victoria's Secret catalog, maybe half of the catalog. I would buy a couple cars and trucks, an apartment complex, a
couple franchises, a movie theater, business memberships... simple stuff!

Put a bunch aside into stocks and more aside to pay for any type of college tuition. then I would make sure my family can be happy and healthy and without worry. They deserve happiness more than anyone else.

I think the cost of housing varies from city to city!! But I would invest in a few self sufficient businesses.. Put a bunch in RESP's, & RRSP's, Go on Vacation, Pay off my debts, and invest in a house(If i had enough left over I would buy it)..
