They aren't, if Em really wants to release something, he can release whenever he just feels like that.

m8 interscope is a cancer in this music biz just trust me on that one

em is quite capable of releasing music whenever he wants but his lack of motivation to do so is showing due to the bullshit they made him put out over the last 4 years mmlp2 was at least a bit better and the production was okay

id say that they made a wise choice to make eminem look more gritty rather than corny

although mmlp2 is a cornfest it has those rapity rap tracks youd expect from him so thats fine i guess

Same here, it's such a great song. Easily the best one on the album.

Ugh, this could of been a classic if the mixing wasn't so god-awful.

Rhyme or Reason is an album pick for me, along with Brainless and Evil Twin.

There were a few good songs but on the whole it was kind of bland. Still I did like three or four of the songs a lot so it wasn't a total wash. Hopefully the next one is better, might need some time to find his rhythm again.

I think it was very good, it wasn't as good as MMLP or TES, but that's hard to live up to.
Definitely better than most stuff that has come out recently and definitely a good comeback for him.

I thought he had a handful of pretty good songs on the album, but agree that as a whole it was a little bland. I didn't think badly enough about it to vote average, but I didn't think it was totally amazing either. It got too much hype, and was really commercialized. I felt like that leaked into his work on this one. Still liked it though.

The only songs that had shit mixing was Asshole and Stronger Than I Was. Though maybe it's just that STIW itself sucks.

    Legacy was unlistenable...

Above average, and definitely the best work by "modern" Eminem, but this album bears the name of MMLP, one of the greatest rap/hip-hop albums of all time, so in that regard it is a disappointing. However, it is a solid standalone album worth a listen and a few re-listens.

Decent. A lot better than Recovery. Not because of nostalgia, but because of the fact that the rapping and production is nice:

    Rick Rubin is dope.

I think it's a pretty good album. Borderline greatness compared to what other rappers have released, however; I'd say it's just above average for an Eminem album.
