As most know already, this is Marshall's most recent album. What are your opinions on it? Do you think it is a good album?

It wasn't as good as MMLP but I didn't expect that either. It's an average album by Eminem, but it's way above average in terms of hip-hop albums that came out the last few years.

Yeah, it is average for sure, there's one song that I can't enjoy and thats Rap God. The constant battles between whose the "best rapper" that rappers do against one another gets annoying, especially coming from MMLP where Eminem didn't focus on that as much but this new album its not bad, but that one song hurt me.

Eminem has lost that hate and anger he had now that he is living the good life. you listen to "I'm a Soldier" or " 8 mile" or "Forget about Dre" that is passion. Pure hate and wanting to fight the world. I don't listen to the new stuff much.

Album's amazing, this is totally new direction which he did show us in MMLP2 & Calm Down.
Songs like Bad Guy, Rhyme Or Reason, Legacy, Berzerk, Rap God, So Far, Evil Twin, Groundhog Day, Don't Front & Calm Down makes me feel like Em never supposed to as bad he did on Recovery, if he wouldn't put song's like Not Afraid, Talkin' 2 Myself, Love The Way You Lie & You're Never Over people wouldn't think the way the do right now that Em fell off.

Of course Recovery was supposed only to get commercial success, but everyone should look up more what he really does now, his writing style has totally improved from the drug-season he went trough.

Relapse was a masterpiece and the production Dre did on it was absolutely amazing.

Once he just starts do more his own hooks and beats on his own songs i would say he's perfect motherfucker.

    amen

^Relapse is far from a masterpiece in my opinion, lol.

I thought that MMLP2 was his best album since the Eminem Show.

I'd put it after TES in terms of quality.

He sorta reverted back to his old delivery, which I think suits his voice. The shouting on Recovery was kinda iffy.

Headlights and rhyme or reason were just astounding.I didn't like it much the first time, but then i listened to it again, and it only got better.i liked the variety of beats on this album and Bad Guys, Berzerk are some of my other favorites in this.

When I finished listening Bad Guy I thought I was about to listen to the greatest Eminem album since MMLP, the first one... But then I ended up disapointed.

Its a good album tho. Better than average but far from great.
