I like it slower as it sounds more powerful and more intriguing. Drake is one of my favorites because he can rap slow or at a faster pace, but still let you fell the impact of the song! But people who can do both really make listening to their songs a unique experience! So what it comes down to it, I like both of them but I'm more on the deeper and slower side of rapping.

I love fast raps, especially ones where you can go look at the lyrics and see all the detail the artist put into the verse.

I like both, but what I don't like is when lyrics are fast just for the sake of being fast. It has to go well with the song, it can't just be "hey look at how fast I can rap".

I want my lyrics fast and hard, like Ca$his and Eminem. Then at those special moments, I want the slow and sultry lyrics, gently sung above a whisper in my ear.

I think it would depend on the genre of the music that I am listening to, more than anything I like beats in a song. something that I can boob my head to back and forth and really feel the vibe in it. However anything that makes my body feel nice, and my brain happy then I'm all for it.

It really depends on the beat. Some beats are begging for that fast flow, and others almost demand a slower flow. Look at Styles P or Biggie, both slow flowers with hard lyrics.

I prefer lyrics that are fast when I want to be pumped up or energized, like when I'm working out for example, or even doing simple household chores. But when I want to relax, then of course I prefer slower lyrics, because if the beat is fast, the lyrics are also fast, while if the song is slow, then the lyrics are also slow too.

As long as I can understand what's being said to a certain extent, I don't care if the lyrics are rapid-fire or slow.

I like a mix of both. Wiz khalifa and juicy J both go fast and slow and it sounds good both ways. Alot of people think juicy Js flow is elementary but it all goes together, and his style is so unique. Wiz khalifa seems to change it up alot in every song. I do enjoy listening to MGK and eminem spazz out though.
