What would you say that you most listen to, cds or the radio?
I have a 6 cd changer and normally there is always advertising or just talking on the local stations in my area, so I listen more to my cds'.

On the car, radio. At home, online streaming like spotify and pandora.

I mix it up equally between my MP3s and radio, because there are times that nothing good is playing on the radio and conversely, there are times when I get sick of my playlists as well. Radio is still very good for me and I really hope it doesn't eventually become obsolete because I find it very relaxing and also is a good way for me to discover new songs.

I mostly listen to CDs but I like having the radio running while I'm eating. It's just too damn quiet if no music is playing and the radio is right behind me while I'm eating so it's pretty convenient.

I like listening to radio occasionally, it's kind of a good way to know new music, as long as you don't stick to the mainstream stations too much.
When I'm listening to CD's or streaming music I find I keep sticking to the same music and I don't know new stuff.

I usually listen to my old music on cd's but when I'm out or in the car I just listen to whatever is on the radio. I don't really even listen when I'm not interested cause I don't really like the shit that's on mainstream radio stations nowadays.
When I'm at home I listen to music on youtube to discover new stuff, that how I keep up to date mostly with everything.

I really don't listen to neither one, but I would hae to say that I liisten to radio more than I do cds. I listen to 107.3 on the way to work, and seldom listen to cds at all anymore. I listen to most of my music via internet now.

I haven't listened to a CD in a long time, nowadays I just plug in my phone to the car, that way I have a variety of songs to listen to and there is a large number of songs to choose from. And when I can't connect my phone, the radio is the way to go, but I really don't enjoy listening to music on the radio, they overplay songs way too much.

I hear less and less to the FM radio since I got my internet connection.

Interestingly, the radio is alive and dead at the same time. Depends on the age segment to which we refer, and the type of station we talk about.

A curious study on the subject of traditional radio vs online streaming:

I can not remember the last time I bought a CD! Maybe in 2004? Is that weird? I buy albums online or LPs at the record store. I LOVE to put the scan function on the radio in the car. I find it super calming. I also prefer to listen to baseball games on the radio - even if I am watching it on TV. I turn the sound off on the TV and play the radio instead. But that's a whole other topic. I like listening to the radio because it gives me an idea of what people are listening to in my city. You can't really get that from spotify.

I like the radio and CD's about equal.
I love the radio, but sometimes it just gets tiresome to listen to the same songs over and over. I really like talk radio though.
CD's have the same problem. Sometimes I just get tired of the same music on my computer and iPod, even though I usually keep up with new releases and give them a listen.

I'd pick radio mostly though, I really like the variety of stations it has, and the connectivity you feel with all the other listeners.

I like to listen to the radio sometimes, but not all the time. Do not listen to CD's as I have not bought any for at least four years now, the radio always has something new on it. Listening to the radio while trying to work or play WOW tends to get annoying and break my focus and so really the only time I listen is when the Internet is out and there is nothing else to do. Peace and quiet is the way to go when doing something that requires focus, that means I can't stand having any sort of noise including dogs trying to scratch or lick themselves in the same room, fur babies can be annoying to!
