There is no age limit for rapping, but if you want to get in the music industry then you better start young, like Bow Wow for example, because it's more easy to get into the record industry if you're young, I assume. I don't think record companies would be interested in signing a 65 year old rapper, because it's not marketable to the masses.

I don't think that the age is a problem as long as you are alive and kicking you should be able to spit a rhyme. I think for someone like Too-Short he somehow gets around I think he is in his forties or fifties. I think for artist in their 60's-80's would have a hard time with all that traveling.

How many times do I have to say this? Age is just a number. You can rap whenever you want. People of the same age group would love it.

Im not too big on somebody being 30 something and still running around rapping about something. That's just me though. Its time to put your jacket on the hanger and some point.

Yeah I think we're all on the same page here. As long as you feel it, you can rap. There's nothing like a magical barrier after which you can't rap anymore or aren't allowed to. Older rappers will most likely still rap to this day, you just don't hear about it, because they don't release albums anymore.

Lou Reed still made dope music into his 70s.

I think you never get too old. I can see snoop at some awards show smoking a blunt and rapping his old ass off.

Some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.

You can rap at any age you want as long as you know how to do it and your texts are meaningful.

I don't think you have to be young anymore to keep doing music. All you have to have is spirit and put it into your lyrics.

If you are dope on the mic it doesn't really matter if your 18 or 80. Some people will always have relevant lyrics and stories to tell and will rap until time catches up to them.

I don't think music has an age. If you still have the ability when you're 80 to get up on that stage, or get in that studio and rap, then do it.

No age is too old for rap but as you can get up there and start having families, I think the content of your rap should change. Like lil wayne has all those kids of varying ages but yet still rapping about sex and drugs. It's too much at a certain point.
