I feel weird. Full but no energy. And constipated. I dunno how that guy years ago at McDonalds for a month straight or something like that. I'm just going to drink some water and make some toast today. Wife is away at her sister's and I don't know how to do anything in the kitchen. Nothing frozen I can nuke either. But definitely no more McDonalds.

You could always order some delivery if you don't know how to make anything. As long as you're not eating the same thing every day, you should feel better.

Yea I got to take care of my body . When my wife is around everything is okay you know. But I resort to ape like behavior when she is away.

On the forum I got all advertisements for insurance and McDonalds. Don't get the insurance ads from Google Adsense because I have never looked for insurance policies online.

Just the thought of McDonald's three days in a row is enough to make me feel like crap. You need a salad or something with nutrients in it. Do you have a local restaurant or grocery store that has a salad bar? You don't really have to know how to cook to make a salad from pre-cut ingredients.

    McDonalds sells salad

Anyway wife is back and everything fine again. I am going to keep some frozen dinners in the freezer because even Stouffers is better than McDonalds. Some thing like meatloaf where you just have to nuke it. I realize now I could also have made some eggs or eaten some cereal with some sausage or bacon. I had all of that in the house.

Don't you love it when that happens and you realize after the fact?? :P

Yes, they sell salads, but they're very basic and, to me, they don't qualify as a meal. Then again, I'm a vegetarian, so I'm probably more picky about my salads than most people.

Vegetarian huh ? That's cool. My wife only eats fish. And even that rarely. I only eat chicken, pork and fish these days. No beef. I don't think I can go completely vegetarian though. Anyway this is going to be my last post here for awhile. Unhappy about some happenings in the past month here. Take care Nixia. Good luck bringing this forum alive. I tried and got no respect.

This reminds me of the guy who shot a documentary where all he ate was burger King or MacDonalds or something.

Instead of suffering the usual fate of documentaries - a limp roll-out in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco, followed by oblivion and late-night television reruns - Super Size Me is showing every sign of being a bona fide hit, especially with teenagers, the very demographic so hotly sought out by McDonald's marketing managers.
